2014 Programme Announced

Our Discovery Film Festival Programme is available now! Check it out online here or pick up a copy at DCA.

Join in the fun from Sat 25 October - Sun 9 November for an outstanding selection of the best films for young audiences from all around the world, a fascinating exhibition in DCA Galleries and a packed programme of arts workshops and events.

This year we've a Scottish premiere in comic book caper Antboy; selections of shorts for Wee Ones and Middle Ones; and a beautiful, colourful animation in The Boy and the World. You can go on action packed adventures with fun films Fiddlesticks and Zip & Zap; find a perfect escape for teenagers with stories of growing up in 1987, Sitting Next to Zoe, Windstorm and Geography Club; immerse yourself in emotional stories like The Custody and Giovanni's Island; or stick to real life with documentaries Beyond Clueless and On the Way to School.
